- Get Your Activation Code Open the CTV app on your TV. The app will show a unique six-character activation code on the screen. Keep this code visible.
- Visit CTV.ca/activate On your computer or smartphone, open a web browser. Go to the activation website: CTV.ca/activate.
- Enter the Code The website will have a field to enter your code. Type the six-character code from your TV screen into this box. Select “Continue.”
- Select Your TV Provider A list of Canadian TV providers will appear. Choose your provider from this list.
